Any changes made after you have placed an order will not have any impact on your order unless we are required to make the change by law.

Access to our website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our website without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

All placed orders are available and accepted. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. 

 

Hairoilsbyhairsheen sells the products that are in stock and available for dispatch. However, we reserve the right not to deliver selected advance payment products due to production complications or quality check issues. In such cases, you would be notified by e-mail and get a refund to your credit or debit card within 14 days of being advised that an item has become unavailable. 

 

Pricing 

 

Prices that you find are in GBP, VAT included. All prices and offers are valid as advertised. Prices displayed on the website at the time of your order will be taken into consideration. Prices are subject to change from time to time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification price change, suspension or discontinue of the service.

 

Acceptance of your order

 

Once you have placed an order, you will be notified by e-mail about the details of your order. This e-mail serves as a confirmation that we have received your order. 

 

Unless there is a cancellation of your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between the customer and Hairoilsbyhairsheen will be completed when you receive an e-mail regarding the dispatch of the goods. The language of the contract is English. 

 

Our website is unable to accept your order in the event of refusal of authorisation for payment, items being out of stock, withdrawal of the product or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria. 

 

We reserve the right to remove, modify, or edit any information or content on the website. 

 

Payment

 

We accept payments through Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa MasterCard, and any other cards, which are explicitly stated on the website. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account once the order is placed via our web site. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the payment is not authorised, Hairoilsby hairsheenis not responsible for any delay or non-delivery. 

 

Hairoilsbyhairsheen keeps the details of your order secure. We cannot be held liable, however, for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from www.hairoilsbyhairsheen.com.

 

Delivery

 

Please allow 72 hours for the order to be dispatched via Royal Mail sent 3-7 working days tracked at the moment of delivery, responsibility for the purchased product is passed to the customer.

 

Returns 

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund or exchange any goods within 14 days from the receipt, provided they are in their original, unopened, and unused condition, with the seal intact. Products that do not satisfy these conditions will be returned to the customers at their own cost.

We recommend that you use recorded delivery and retain your receipt as proof of sending. Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment, unless you cancel your order before it has been dispatched. 

 

If we have delivered the wrong or faulty product we will replace it or refund the price paid for the item and reasonable costs for the return shipment. Please note that we cannot refund for priority or premium postal services or for insurance. 

 

We will process your return as quickly as possible and will exchange or refund the full value of your order, including delivery costs, by the original payment method, within 14 days of receiving your notice of order cancellation. 

 

Your statutory rights are not affected. 

Custom Fees (Including Duty)

Please note, failure to clear custom fees will result in a returns charge, which will have to be deducted from the refund amount.

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We do not store any details of your credit card, nor do we have access to any information on the authorisation process of your credit card, the only information we are told by our credit card processors is whether your Credit Card was authorised or failed.    

 

Purchase

 

To submit an order for products you must:

 

Complete and submit the online order through our website by adding a product to your digital basket on our site.

 

Enter all required information for delivery and for billing including relevant card details.

 

Hairsheen reserves the right to refuse any order. In such case, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable, providing you with the reasons for such refusal, and refund to you any payment in full.

 

Once we have accepted your order an order confirmation email will be sent to you at which point these Terms of Trade will become binding on you and on Hairsheen. The status of your order will be emailed to you, if you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us as soon as possible to resolve any issues. Products are made in very small batches please allow 72 hours for processing your order, during busier periods this processing time may be longer, we will communicate with you in these instances.

 

Our Rights

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time

 

We reserve the rights to change or temporarily/permanently remove the website, or any part of the website. We will not be liable to you or any other third party if this occurs.

 

We reserve the rights to change any of the Conditions stated on the website, at any time with or without a notice.  If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions, then you must immediately stop using the website. It is your responsibility to check if the Conditions have changed.

Changes To Packaging

 

From time-to-time packaging may change as a result of legislative changes or suppliers.

Sensitivity

 

We recommend patch testing all of our products on your skin 24 hours before use. However mild reactions and sensitivities of the skin may still occur. Our products have been cosmetically tested meeting the regulation (EC) no.1223/2009.

 

We use essential oils in our formulations which in rare cases may cause irritation, if you experience any discomfort, please discontinue use.

 

Skin sensitivities can arise from taking medication, medical issues pregnancy, menopause and hormonal changes.
